The mission of the County Collaborative Group for Help Me Grow in Richland County is to provide a coordinated child and family-centered effort for children birth to three with developmental delays or environmental or biological risks through identification, referral, assessment, parent education and health services.

Partnerships for Success (PfS) is an initiative of the Ohio Family and Children First (OFCF) Cabinet Council to build capacity at the county level to prevent and respond effectively to child and adolescent problem behaviors while promoting positive youth development. In May 2002, the OFCF Council selected Richland County as one of ten counties in Ohio to pilot Partnerships for Success. Winning factors in Richland County’s applications were our proven history of collaboration and our readiness to proceed.
